Southampton have been showing real signs of bottling it lately and in form Birmingham & Blackpool are both mounting a push for one of those automatic spots, can't rule out Cardiff either.

I am starting to think Southampton won't have the bottle for automatic this season and will have to settle for a play off spot, this fixture at West Ham is massive for them.

yeah i tend to agree, still think they will make it automatically though.

Like the look of the fixtures on Tuesday rather than Saturday ones in truth. You could be in a lot of trouble after these two games Indigo, although must have been a massive boost against the Saints on Tuesday night.

Yeah, big games for us, hoping the FA Cup win will give us some much needed confidence after recent disappointments.

Disappointing 0-0 for us but no damage done with other results going our way, Forest are the team I can see putting a run together to get out of the mess.thankfully that run didn't start today.

The update on BBC;

"FOOTBALL LEAGUE LATEST: If you could be anywhere in the Championship this evening it would probably be Vicarage Road, where the game between Watford and Leicester is locked at a very entertaining 2-2. That said, Cardiff struck three in six minutes late in the half to take control against Peterborough. Fans of Millwall, Palace, Burnley, Blackpool, Ipswich and West Ham are probably all happy as their teams lead. Coventry versus Leicester is locked at 1-1."

Thanks for that, how are Barca doing?

I have to be disappointed with that after twice leading the match, would have taken a draw before the match started though.

With Pompey about to go into admin and also losing and Coventry winning things are looking up for Coventry's chances of survival all of a sudden!

Beating Leeds and drawing with Leicester in one night? My poor heart can't take so much.

I didn't even notice that! I was too incensed about how little it was mentioned! They couldn't even get who was playing who right!
