Just speculation at this point though, unless the fee drops I'd be surprised if either us or Spurs spunk up the £25million + that Lille were asking (Spurs might if Modric goes for a similar fee I suppose, they seem to understand the need to replace quality with quality). Will be Chelsea, Manchester, or Spain for him in all probability otherwise.
Some people feel like the bottom has dropped out of their world. Drink real ale and you'll feel like the world is dropping out of your bottom.

i would see this as a kick in the teeth for the gunners who seemingly have had their eye on Hazard for ages.
